Lauren Postans (RN, RM, DipAppSc (ComNsg), FRCNA, BHMS, MAAESS, AEP) owns and manages Rothbury Health & Lifestyle Connection in Brisbane, Australia.

Lauren’s background in nursing, midwifery and exercise physiology gives her a unique blend of skills and experience that enables her to provide health and fitness management for clients with pre-existing medical/injury conditions and those with high health risk factors – as well as anyone who simply wants to improve their health and fitness.

Lauren has been active in writing and conducting health promotion and corporate health programs for the past seven years. She was a health educator with the Queensland University of Technology for five years, and is currently a health education consultant with Teachers’ Union Health for which she regularly writes editorials, books and brochures. Lauren is also a sought-after presenter and speaker on health,fitness and work/life balance.

Lauren’s advice to anyone who wants to achieve greater work/life balance is that a healthy exercise routine and the right nutritional intake can combat the symptoms of stress and give you back your zest for life.
